Jesse Sostrin, PhD holds two concurrent positions at Wilshire. He is the Vice President of Leadership & Organization Development at Wilshire Health & Community Services in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this role, Jesse is responsible for developing and deploying a company-wide leadership and organization development strategy and for providing senior-level consultation and resources to the Southern California, Central Valley, and Central Coast agencies and programs that comprise Wilshire Health & Community Services. In addition, Jesse fulfills the role of Executive Director for Wilshire’s Community Services division, which includes the leadership of five innovative non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Wilshire Health & Community Services in 2009, Jesse was the Chief Executive Officer of Creative Mediation, a public benefit dispute resolution, facilitation, and training firm in San Luis Obispo, California. In that role Jesse set the strategic direction for the agency’s conflict mediation, facilitation and training operations. In addition to his contributions at Wilshire, Jesse speaks, writes and consults about conflict resolution, leadership and organization development, and learning and performance in the workplace.
