Jesse Sostrin, PhD is the Executive Director of Wilshire Community Services, a division of Wilshire Health & Community Services. In this role, Jesse oversees the management and growth of Caring Callers, Senior Peer Counseling and Creative Mediation. Prior to becoming the Executive Director, Jesse served as the CEO of Creative Mediation since 2001. In that role Jesse set the strategic direction for the agency’s conflict mediation, facilitation and training operations. In addition to overseeing the day to day operations of Wilshire Community Services, Jesse speaks and writes about conflict resolution, leadership and organization development. Jesse is a sometimes-avid musician and practical joker. He lives in Paso Robles, CA with his wife Joy and daughter Sophia.
