Jim Dorf B.A.
Vice President - Human Resources
Jim received his B.A. from Denison University (Granville, OH) and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law (White Plains, NY). Jim practiced law in New York City for several years, most recently as an in-house Senior Attorney for District Council 37, a union representing approximately 135,000 New York City employees and retirees. Jim moved to San Luis Obispo in November 2008 to become Vice President - Human Resources at Wilshire Health & Community Services, Inc.
Jim has served on several Bar Association committees, served as an arbitrator in Small Claims Court in New York City, and also served on the Board of Directors of a large residential cooperative building.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 children & family dog, as well as playing tennis, golf, scuba diving and skiing.
