Steffanie Medina
Program Director for Creative Mediation
Steffanie Medina is Creative Mediation's Program Director. In this role she works directly with Creative Mediation staff members and volunteers to provide conflict resolution services to individuals, families and organizations within San Luis Obispo County. With a background in Psychology and Educational Counseling, Steffanie coordinates Creative Mediation's Family and Youth Mediation programs, including Elder Mediation, Parent-Teen Mediation, Victim-Offender Mediation and Peer Mediation.
Steffanie also coordinates and acts as the lead trainer for Creative Mediation's training program delivering customized trainings in Conflict Resolution Skills, Communication Skills, and both fundamental and advanced Mediation Skills. Steffanie is passionate about empowering others to move from conflict to resolution by talking about what matters most.
