Tricia Ritchie
President/CEO
Tricia Ritchie is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Wilshire Health & Community Services, Inc., a California not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation. Corporate Headquarters are based in San Luis Obispo but the organization provides services throughout the communities of the Central Valley, Central Coast and West Los Angeles. Tricia has been with Wilshire for ten years and prior to her current position she served as the Executive Vice President providing operational and financial oversight under the direction of the prior president, Ira R. Alpert. Upon Ira’s retirement in April 2008, Tricia accepted her new role as President/CEO where her primary responsibilities include setting the organization’s strategy and vision, developing and maintaining the company culture and building optimal teams to accomplish desired outcomes set by the Board of Directors. Tricia is a Central Coast native and currently resides in South San Luis Obispo County with her husband David and two daughters. When not working, Tricia loves watching her daughters play soccer, basketball and volleyball; spending time with family and friends at their lake retreat; trying out new recipes when she has the time; and traveling.
