WHCS’ strategic planning week of April 30th – May 4th kicked off with our 1st All-Staff meeting teleconference. In the days that followed we heard a lot of feedback about how nice it was to get “big picture” updates across Agencies following the call. It is important that everyone feels like they are an essential part of the Wilshire family of Agencies/Programs so it was exciting to connect in that way. We will get the technical bugs worked out before the next one, but if you have other feedback about how to make the quarterly All-Staff meetings great in the meantime, please share them.

As the week progressed, there were additional meetings, discussion groups, and events that encouraged great information/resource sharing across Agencies.
