Strategic Planning Update

Attached to this post is an updated Action Plan that is guiding the Workforce, Leadership & Organization Development team’s efforts in the 1st quarter of the new fiscal year.  As you know, when the corporate team completed their strategic planning last year, each division took the initiative to document their goals and objectives for the coming year. One priority that we all share is to openly communicate about goals and priorities and to engage with Agencies in a more transparent way.
